Our services are provided in a manner consistent with the Ethical and Religious Directives for Catholic Health Care Services established by the USCCB.

ATTENTION: 2013-2014 UNDERGRADUATES, MASTER, AND DOCTORAL GRADUATING CLASS:

              (If you are not eligible to graduate December 2013, May 2014, or August 2014 please disregard this information.)    

UNDERGRADUATES:

  1. To read graduation/commencement information click here      
  2. Make an appointment with your advisor(s)
  3. Print the Program View and the Diploma Application
  4. The academic advisor will complete the mandatory program review. It requires signatures from the advisor and the student
  5. The advisor will inter-office mail the program review and audit/course history toRegistrar’s Office
  6. Students are responsible to submit the diploma application to Registrar’s Office

Keep a copy for your records.          

 MASTERS:

  1.  To read graduation/commencement information click here 
  2.  Submit the diploma application to your academic advisor for approval
  3.  Academic advisors will submit the application to the Registrar’s Office upon approval
  4.  Students may submit the signed application to the Registrar’s Office

ALL STUDENTS : THE DIPLOMA APPLICATION ALSO REGISTERS EACH STUDENT FOR THECOMMENCEMENT CEREMONY  MAY 3, 2014 AT THE BISMARCK CIVIC CENTER.

              

ALL STUDENTS : DIPLOMA APPLICATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE REGISTRAR’S OFFICE BEFORE APRIL 1, 2014 .
